Budva, Montenegro, [14 May 2026] - Eagle Hills, the Abu Dhabi-based private real estate developer and investor, has announced the launch of ŠAS Heights - a luxury retreat and residential destination overlooking the pristine shores of Lake Šas in Montenegro.

Situated in Montenegro’s southern landscape, ŠAS Heights enjoys a strategically connected yet privately secluded location within reach of three international airports - Podgorica (93.5 km), Tivat (108 km), and Dubrovnik (157 km). The destination also benefits from proximity to the UNESCO-listed Bay of Kotor and the wider Adriatic coastline.
