Ambassadori Island Batumi received international industry-wide recognition in two categories: Best Luxury Coastal Masterplan Development and Best Luxury Urban Development in Georgia.

Ambassadori Island Batumi represents the first artificial island in the Black Sea, which brings together residential, hospitality, business, recreational, entertainment, and public spaces within one integrated masterplan.

Luxury Lifestyle Awards distinguishes companies in the premium real estate sector that create high-end living environments around the world. Following a comprehensive research and evaluation process, special attention was given to Ambassadori Island Batumi’s innovation, quality, vision, and long-term value creation during the selection process.

This achievement marks another important international milestone for Ambassadori Island Batumi as one of Georgia’s most ambitious and innovative development projects, further strengthening its position on the international stage.

Winning in these nominations reflects the project’s broader ambition: to create a new destination on the global investment map, expand Georgia’s tourism and economic potential, and establish a new standard of development in the Black sea region.

The first artificial island project in the Black Sea is being developed by Ambassadori Group in close collaboration with leading international partner companies, including global urban planning and engineering company Arup, leading architectural and engineering company Yüksel Proje, and the American architecture company SHoP Architects.
