Eagle Hills Georgia today announced a major new milestone at Tbilisi Waterfront, its flagship mixed-use development on the banks of the River Mtkvari. Launched on 10 June, the new Meadows phase, comprising a collection of townhouses and villas, sold out completely in a single day, demonstrating the exceptional demand surrounding the development.

The sell-out reflects the strong trust buyers have placed in Tbilisi Waterfront and the progress Eagle Hills has made since entering the Georgian market - selling out in a single day each phase announced up to now.

On Georgia's Black Sea coast, Eagle Hills is advancing Gonio Yachts & Marina, a landmark 250-hectare waterfront destination near Batumi. Centred on a world-class marina district, the project will bring together branded residences, luxury hotels, premium retail, extensive public green spaces and a vibrant range of leisure and lifestyle experiences.

Gonio Yachts & Marina is set to introduce a new benchmark for coastal living in Georgia. The development is designed to appeal to residents, visitors and investors alike, while creating a distinctive year-round destination near Batumi. Preparations for Gonio Yachts & Marina sales launch are advancing, with sales are expected to commence soon.

Together, Tbilisi Waterfront and Gonio Yachts & Marina represent investments exceeding USD 6.5 billion, reflecting Eagle Hills' long-term commitment to creating landmark destinations and contributing to Georgia's continued economic development.
