NEXT Partners with Princeton University to Launch International Internship Program in 2027
Expanding its social and academic initiatives, NEXT is launching a strategic partnership with Princeton University, one of the world's most renowned and prestigious institutions.
Princeton is a member of the Ivy League, an association of eight leading U.S. universities synonymous with academic excellence, authority, and exclusivity. This elite league also includes distinguished institutions such as Harvard and Cornell.
Beginning in 2027, as part of the International Internship Program (IIP), NEXT will welcome Princeton University students from the School of Architecture and Design for an immersive internship. Interns will gain hands-on experience by participating directly in architecture and design processes across NEXT’s international portfolio, observing firsthand how sophisticated, high-quality architectural concepts are brought to life.
Alongside partnerships with global hospitality leaders such as Radisson Hotel Group and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, this initiative reflects NEXT’s commitment to driving architectural innovation, supporting young talent, and upholding high international standards.
As a global real estate developer and investment firm focusing on premium residential, hospitality, and investment projects across Georgia, the UAE, Kenya, and Spain, NEXT provides an ideal platform for real-world professional development. IIP interns will play an active role across project management, design, and architectural coordination, collaborating closely with the team on quality assurance, technical evaluations, project monitoring, and cross-functional communication.
