Deputy Economy Minister holds bilateral meetings at ITB China

Deputy Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia, Irakli Nadareishvili, alongside Maia Omiadze, Head of the National Tourism Administration, participated in bilateral meetings during the ITB China event.

The Georgian delegation met with Sumer Wong, Regional Marketing Director at Trip.com, and David Rueti, Senior Vice President of Messe Berlin.

According to the Georgian Ministry of Economy, during these discussions, the parties explored opportunities for future cooperation to promote Georgia’s tourism potential and boost the country’s visibility in international markets. The parties focused on strengthening Georgia’s position as a premier travel destination in China and across Asian markets, and we collaborated on international tourism exhibitions and marketing initiatives.

These meetings took place at the ITB China tourism fair, where Georgia is honoured to be a partner country.
