Finance Minister holds meeting with Ambassador of India
Georgia’s Minister of Finance, Lasha Khutsishvili, has met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of India to Georgia, Amit Kumar Mishra, according to a statement released by the Ministry of Finance.
The Ministry noted that Deputy Minister of Finance Ekaterine Guntsadze also attended the meeting.
During the introductory meeting, the two sides reviewed issues surrounding trade and economic co-operation between the two nations, as well as prospects for future partnership.
The Finance Minister congratulated the guest on the commencement of his diplomatic mission in Georgia and wished him success in his tenure. For his part, the Indian Ambassador highlighted the importance of the partnership with Georgia and expressed his readiness to support the deepening of relations between the two countries.
