Georgian Parliament Speaker departs for official visit to Belgium
Georgian Parliament Speaker Shalva Papuashvili on Tuesday departed for Brussels, the capital of Belgium, on an official visit accompanied by a parliamentary delegation.
As part of the visit, Papuashvili is scheduled to hold meetings with the Presidents of the Senate and the Chamber of Representatives of the Federal Parliament of Belgium.
The delegation includes Nikoloz Samkharadze, Chair of the Foreign Relations Committee of the Georgian Parliament, Levan Makhashvili, Chair of the European Integration Committee, and Davit Matikashvili, Chair of the Committee on Procedural Issues and Rules.

Tamaz Shubitidze will head the Special Operations Department at the State Security Service of Georgia (SSSG).
SSSG Head Tamaz Borashvili presented the new director to the staff, congratulated him on the appointment and wished him success in his future endeavours.
Tamaz Sgubitize served in different positions in the department. He last served as Deputy Director at the Department.
