Georgian PM, Chinese Ambassador review strategic partnership achievements and future prospects
The tangible achievements of the strategic partnership between China and Georgia, along with the prospects for future cooperation, were discussed on Wednesday during a meeting between Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze and Zhou Qian, China's Ambassador to Georgia.
The meeting highlighted that the elevation of Georgia-China relations to a comprehensive strategic partnership would create new opportunities for cooperation, particularly in strengthening political ties and deepening trade, economic, and transit connectivity between the two countries.
Kobakhidze highlighted the Chinese Ambassador’s personal contribution to strengthening Georgia-China relations and expressed his gratitude for his efforts.

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze and Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev on Friday signed a Strategic Partnership Agreement, formally elevating bilateral relations to the level of a strategic partnership.
Following the expanded-format talks between the two countries' Government delegations, the relevant agencies of Georgia and Uzbekistan also signed a series of memorandums of cooperation covering the fields of economy, healthcare, environmental protection and agriculture, finance, customs, education, information and communication technologies, and culture.
