Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze on Wednesday held an introductory meeting with Amy V. Diaz, Chargé d’Affaires of the United States Embassy in Georgia.

According to the Government Administration, the meeting focused on bilateral relations between Georgia and the United States and prospects for further cooperation.

During the discussion, Kobakhidze reaffirmed the Georgian Government’s readiness to restore the strategic partnership with the United States from a fresh starting point, based on a clearly defined roadmap aligned with the national interests of both countries.
