PM to visit Kyrgyzstan on official trip
Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze will pay an official visit to Kyrgyzstan, the Government Administration reported.
The Prime Minister will be welcomed at the presidential palace in Bishkek, where he will be hosted by Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov.
The leaders will hold bilateral talks with the participation of members of both governments. The meeting will be followed by a document-signing ceremony, after which Kobakhidze and Japarov will make joint statements to the media.
The Prime Minister of Georgia is heading to Bishkek with a government delegation that includes Vice Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Maka Botchorishvili, Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development Mariam Kvrivishvili, Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture David Songulashvili, and Levan Zhorzholiani, the Head of the Government Administration.

Irakli Kobakhidze, Prime Minister of Georgia, met a delegation of the National Ethnic Affairs Commission (NEAC) of the People’s Republic of China, led by Commissioner Qin Yizhi, the Government Administration reported.
The meeting focused on the close cooperation between Georgia and China, highlighting the elevation of bilateral relations to the level of a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership as another significant milestone in the countries’ growing ties.
The parties discussed cooperation on ethnic matters in both bilateral and international formats and expressed readiness to exchange experience and best practices in this field.
The discussion also covered Georgia’s state policy on civil equality and integration, including the country’s 10-year strategy aimed at ensuring equal opportunities and fostering an inclusive society.
