ComCom publishes reporting calendar for authorised telecoms companies
The Communications Commission (ComCom) has developed a statistical reporting calendar for authorised operators in the telecommunications and broadcasting sectors, which has been published on the Commission’s website.
According to the ComCom, the new tool will give all authorised and licensed operators an additional means of monitoring submission deadlines for reporting forms, enabling companies to fulfil their statutory obligations on time.
“Under the Law of Georgia on Electronic Communications and the Law of Georgia on Broadcasting, licence holders and/or authorised persons are required to complete statistical reporting forms approved by decision of the Commission. The new tool will allow companies to easily identify, by reporting period, which statistical forms they are required to submit.
A dedicated section, Calendar for Authorised Companies, has been created on the ComCom’s website, where any interested party can search for mandatory reporting forms by period, form number, title, and content using a straightforward search function. All forms display their respective submission deadlines. The section hosts close to 90 forms covering detailed information on activities in both the electronic communications and broadcasting sectors, including data on revenues, investments, financial indicators, complaints, tariff plans, broadcasting schedules, funding, and more,” the Communications Commission stated.
