Georgia’s US Ambassador, USTDA Director discuss prospects for strengthening Georgian-American investment, economic relations
Prospects for strengthening Georgian-American cooperation in the fields of investment and economic relations were discussed on Thursday in a meeting between Tamar Taliashvili, the Georgian Ambassador to the US, and Thomas Hardy, the Acting Director of the US Trade and Development Agency (USTDA).
Taliashvili highlighted the potential of the Middle Corridor as well as the institutional and infrastructure projects implemented by the Georgian Government, which further reinforced Georgia's role in enhancing regional and international connectivity.
Hardy reaffirmed his commitment to deepening bilateral cooperation.
The meeting also discussed specific developments across various sectors of the economy and opportunities to launch new areas of collaboration.
